This allows us to quickly identify acquisition targets utilizing general or specific selection criteria.

Corporate expansion objectives, developing new partnerships with clients looking for venture investments and new partnering opportunities, including but not limited to acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing, raising new equity capital, and mergers are all within the focus of the company.
As a trusted real estate advisor and Florida Licensed Sales Associate with years of senior level Executive business management experience, David brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in project development, site acquisitions, construction, financing, and senior management for the strategic marketing of commercial properties and business brokering. David has successfully navigated the most challenging business transactions as client companies seek to grow through expansion by merger and acquisition, and while investors search for guidance on mergers and acquisitions. At World Business Brokers, David will also continue to serve as an advisor to major international investors in both the commercial real estate market and business mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining World Business Brokers, David served as an innovative, C level management professional and investor with 35 years’ experience in aggressive business development, strategic planning and expansion in various private and publically traded industries to include Nutraceutical, Chemical Technology, Cosmeceutical, Apparel Manufacturing, and Retail operations in the US, Caribbean, and Europe.
During his career, his business memberships included International Business Council of South Florida, Society of Human Resource Managers, Direct Marketing Association, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau of SE Florida & the Caribbean as well as several charitable Non-Profit organizations. He is a Veteran who honorably served in the United States Army.
